A new year. Many of us view a new year as an opportunity to put the past behind us and look to a fresh start. A clean slate and day-planner we can fill with goals, ideas, and dreams.
2016 was filled with my reflexology practice, teaching, and home renovations. I accomplished much. A big take-away was the importance of pacing myself.
This year, my dreams are simpler, less grandiose. I will continue to focus on my practice, and delight in teaching and connection with others.
I am reducing the number of foot reflexology classes in 2017. I will teach two classes on Gabriola Island (February and October) and potentially one class in Cranbrook (June).
Do you have goals for the new year? Are they large, ones requiring planning and time, or smaller, quickly achieved goals?
Is learning to be a reflexologist in your future?
If you have questions regarding reflexology or the foot reflexology course, please send me an email.
I wish you a wonderful 2017!
